This session will focus on tools and guidelines to develop the five key leadership responsibilities and effective lab management skills.

This session will explain start-up packages, budgets, acquiring and maximizing resources & strategies for successful projects

This session will continue the training from session 1 in the context of difficult communication and personnel conflicts in the lab.  It will highlight ways to prevent and manage conflicts and how to facilitate solutions when they occur.
